Remote Control, Footplate and Toggle
Parking and calling your stairlift
All Minivator stairlifts come with two remote controls as standard, so you can have one upstairs and one downstairs. This means you can send or call your stairlift up and down the track where needed.
Folding Footplate with Sensor
Footplates can be folded up to increase available space to ensure the stairway remains clear for other stair users. To ensure safety, a resistance sensor system also ensures that should an obstacle be encountered, the stairlift will automatically stop.
Toggle
For ease of use and safety, the stairlift is operated by a toggle switch and stops moving once released.
Power Failure
Each stairlift incorporates a battery back-up system to ensure that in the event of a power failure during use, it will continue to operate.
